3x3 world
First 3x3 experiance (3x3 Extra Auto)
I used to play basketball professionally, but due to my obligations in college, I decided to play basketball just for fun. During the summer, a tournament was organized in my city and the surrounding cities, where I participated whenever I had the opportunity.
In 2017, I decided to create a team for 3×3 basketball with friends I played basketball with, and I entered the world of 3×3 basketball. As the team’s founder, apart from playing, I was in charge of many duties: planning the season, finding sponsors and coaching. In the beginning we were helped by the sponsor Extra Auto Vrbas, after which we named the team. The first tournament we participated in was 3×3 Obrenovac, where we lost against Novi Sad in the semifinals and finished third. This is followed by a series of good tournaments.
Due to injuries and the departure of players from my team to play professional 5 to 5 basketball, we skipped several tournaments. In September, an invitation to join the Intergalactic team followed. I am moving to Intergalactic and by the end of the year we are winning all the tournaments we have participated in.

From the bottom to 11th position in 3x3 world (Ralja Intergalactic)
When I came to Intergalactic we were far from top 100 teams in the world. We had a fantastic season that 2018 and we finished as 11th in the world at the end of the season.
In addition to the field, I have made a huge contribution to this season planning, tactics, marketing. Planning a season is a very important thing, since I have gathered experience by running Extra Auto last season, we planned this season without a mistake.
Good form has also brought us victories against the best teams in the world: Novi Sad, Riga, Zemun, Amsterdam, Saskatoon, etc. I finished the season ranked 45th in the world as a player.
Japan journey (Tokyo Dime)
In 2019, I received a call from a Tokyo Dime team from Japan, to bring them the experience which they need to compete with the top teams.
The season started off fantastic, with three training sessions we won the Asia Pacific Super Quest, which was played in the Philippines. Winning the tournament, in we became the best team in Asia in 2019. In addition to the title of the best team in Asia, in 2019 Tokyo Dime won 2nd place in the 3×3.EXE league (competition 4 countries) and 1st place in 3×3 Japan Tour.
With my season planning and coaching skills we managed to qualify for 10 Challengers and 2 Masters, which is a great result for a team that was not competent in the World Tour last year. We finished the season as the 21st team in the world, and I finished as a 83rd player on the Fiba World ranking list.

In addition to basketball 3×3, I am Web Developer and SEO Expert.
When COVID comes into our world, everything is stopped. It wasn’t allowed play 3×3, so I had more free time and created a 3×3 Scoreboard App for Android. After one year 3×3 Serbia create 3×3 Scoreboard App for iOS (iPhone), based on my Application.
I think that technology can help to make progress in a 3×3 world. If technology is well implemented, that can improve training processes and results and I have a lot of experience in both areas and ideas on how they can be implemented.
